My illustration for an art book for the ArtMif publishing house competition. Daphne and Apollo are heroes of Greek mythology. Daphne is a beautiful nymph. The most famous myth about her and Apollo says that Daphne, who took a vow of chastity and was pursued by Apollo, prayed and turned into a laurel tree, which became sacred to Apollo.
