Trenbolone is a 19-nor modification of testosterone, which makes it progestogenicly similar to nandrolone. Trenbolone does not aromatizes, but can bind to receptors of the female hormone progesterone (approximately 60% of progesterone activity), which may cause gynecomastia, low libido etc.
