This story is well‑known since many years. Initially a folklore tale, it has been told from one generation to another, and also re‑written by Brothers Grimm and Hans‑Christian Andersen. Not to mention that it had been illustrated countless times! Each time brings its own troubles, problems and fears. I remember all that dem my childhood and I wanted just to tell my feelings and thoughts about this story. I decided to alternate the ending a little bit according to what is going on right now, what makes us and our children afraid. Mutual understanding, emotional intelligence ‑ these are the things we should care of while raising our children nowadays ‑ if one can understand why people are behaving this or that way, it will help make our world better.
